Currently, I help create Personalized Learning Modules (PLMs) for healthcare teams in obstetrics, emergency rooms, and for onboarding. Using Articulate Rise and Storyline, I often team up with other developers—working on a few lessons while they handle others—to make sure the whole course flows smoothly. I put together build guidelines so everything looks consistent and polished no matter who’s working on it.​ In addition to PLMs, I support other teams with their eLearning builds, helping bring their content to life with clear structure and engaging design. All courses follow company branding and include color blocking, interactive elements, and meaningful visuals to keep learners engaged.
