About my work
As a learning developer, I create engaging and effective digital training experiences that help healthcare professionals build their skills and confidence.

I design and develop Personalized Learning Modules (PLMs) tailored for healthcare teams in obstetrics, emergency departments, and onboarding programs. Using Articulate Rise and Storyline, I collaborate closely with fellow developers, dividing lessons to ensure a seamless, cohesive learning experience across the entire course. To maintain consistency and polish, I create build guidelines that keep our work aligned no matter who is contributing.

Beyond PLMs, I partner with other teams to transform their content into effective eLearning courses. I focus on clear structure, engaging design, and adhering to company branding, incorporating color blocking, interactive elements, and meaningful visuals that keep learners motivated and focused.
Below are some examples of my work.
