About my work
As a Learning Developer, I create engaging and effective digital training experiences that help healthcare professionals build confidence and succeed in their roles.

I design and develop Personalized Learning Modules (PLMs) for healthcare teams in areas like obstetrics, emergency departments, and onboarding. Using Articulate Rise and Storyline, I collaborate closely with other developers, often dividing lessons to ensure each course feels seamless and cohesive. I also create build guidelines to keep our work consistent and polished, no matter who is contributing.

Beyond PLMs, I partner with cross-functional teams to transform their content into impactful eLearning experiences. I focus on clear structure, thoughtful design, and staying aligned with branding through color blocking, interactive elements, and meaningful visuals that keep learners engaged and motivated.

Below are a few examples of my work.
